These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all reservations, bookings, and use of accommodation and services provided by Zion Inn Hotel Pvt. Ltd. ("the Hotel," "we," "us," or "our"), located at S-20/53, Buddha Vihar Colony, 12K, The Mall Rd, Cantonment, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh 221002. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you ("the Guest," "you," or "your") agree to abide by these Terms.

1. General

These Terms apply to all users of our website and guests of the Hotel. Usage of our services confirms your acceptance.

2. Reservations and Check-In/Check-Out

• Subject to availability and written confirmation.
• Standard Check-in: 2:00 PM IST | Check-out: 11:00 AM IST
• Early check-in/late check-out may incur extra charges and depends on availability.
• Valid government-issued photo ID is required. PAN cards not accepted.
• Foreign nationals must provide a valid passport with visa.

3. Payment Policy

• Advance payment or deposit may be required at booking/check-in.
• Accepted methods: Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Cash.
• All rates are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Stay extensions are billed as per the prevailing rate.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation terms depend on the chosen rate plan.
• Non-refundable rates may apply to special offers.
• Refunds, if applicable, are processed to the original method within 10–15 business days after deductions.

5. Child & Extra Bed Policy

• Children under 5 stay free with parents using existing bedding.
• Children aged 6–12 may incur additional charges.
• Guests aged 13+ are considered adults for pricing.

6. Guest Conduct

• Guests must behave respectfully and not disturb others.
• Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking areas; designated areas available.
• No pets allowed unless stated otherwise.

7. Use of Facilities & Property

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
• Facilities are provided subject to availability and rules.
• Charges may apply for damage or loss to property.

8. Safety, Security & Compliance

• We comply with all health, hygiene, and fire safety regulations.
• Guests must follow hotel security procedures (e.g., baggage checks, CCTV surveillance).
• The Hotel is not responsible for valuables not kept in the hotel safe.

9. Visitor Policy

• Visitors must register at the front desk before entering guest rooms.
• Unregistered visitors are not permitted after 10:00 PM IST.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, regulatory changes, etc.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Liability is limited to the value of your booking, unless otherwise required by law.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available at www.zioninnhotel.in. Continued use signifies your acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
